This weekend was a scorcher, in the high 90s, high humidity and no relief. I holed up in the house with the heat pump thankfully managing to keep up with the heat load. Even the cats wanted in all day. It was good to go inward: read a book, watched UWTV, "On virtual interactivity", and had a fascinating watch into a session of the House of Commons broadcast by C-SPAN. What is meant by "anti-social laws"?
Anti-social laws are laws against anti-social behavior, such as drugs, alcoholism, gangs, not taking care of one's kids, begging, noise, etc. The British have a bee in their bonnet about stamping out "yob culture", as they like to call it.
