It begins with this:

Organic sweet potatoes, plain ole red onions from the Santa Cruz farmer's market, a winter squash with a hazelnut taste, and a romanesco brocaliflower.

The sunny day has charged the house batteries, so we are in a solar powered cooking frenzy, listening to Angelique Kidjo for a load of Afro-Funk energy.
