This is a photo taken of Beren looking out to the west across Lake Washington toward Seattle and the Olympic Mountains. He and Fariell love to sit atop the carpetted perch and take in the long views. It is something we humans ought to emulate. It was a rain plashed day, the water droplets on the window scattered the sunlight into a dazzling prismatic display. The original photo follows.
