Woohoo! I finished a weekend set of rides: 60 miles on Saturday, and 55 miles on Sunday. If I keep doing this along with 40-50 miles during the week, I should be ready for the STP.

Meanwhile, all this riding is starting to burn off the fat, something I've wanted to do for a decade. I wouldn't mind dropping back to 180 (only 14 to go).
